The excitement of elite thoroughbred racing continues at Fonner Park. We invite you to join us at the Finish Line, located in Fonner Park, to witness the 151st running of the Preakness Stakes in an atmosphere charged with the energy of championship competition.

To ensure you have plenty of time to settle in and catch all the morning coverage, we are opening our doors at 9:00 am. Early arrivals can enjoy our famous Fonner Park breakfast burritos, the perfect way to fuel up for a day of high-stakes action.

Whether you are a seasoned handicapper or simply looking for a premier viewing experience with fellow racing fans, the Finish Line offers the best seat in the house. We look forward to seeing you there for a spectacular day at the track!

🚧🚧Important Access Update for Fonner Park Visitors:🚧🚧

If you are planning a visit to Fonner Park soon, please be aware of ongoing roadwork that may impact your travel time. E Stolley Park Road is currently undergoing construction between S Locust Street and our Stolley Park entrance.

Navigating the Construction: The Stolley Park entrance remains open but is only accessible via Stuhr Road. To avoid potential delays, we recommend using our alternative entrances located on S Locust Street and E Fonner Park Road, which remain fully accessible. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you soon!

If you cannot play (or qualify) in the Derby Drive golf tournament, on Friday, May 1, you can still participate in the Fon Shootout. After the races pay $50 per-shot and shoot from the finish line. The closest to the 1/16th pole (110 yards away) splits the total pot. Last year $900 went to the winner (TJ Gnuse) and $900 went to the Hall County Veterans Relief Fund.
