Today marks what would have been Coach Eddie Robinson’s 105th birthday! His legacy continues to inspire and uplift countless lives, and today, we celebrate the remarkable impact he had on all who had the privilege of knowing (or knowing of) him.

February is our favorite month: not only is it Black History Month, but we get to celebrate the birth of the GOAT Eddie Robinson!

Not to be outdone by the Super Bowl (Coach’s actual birthday), the Eddie Robinson Museum will host an Open House on Saturday, February 12, 1 pm - 4 pm. Bring the whole family and come out to celebrate with us!

We are heartbroken to hear that longtime Grambling State University football coach Ernest Sterling, Sr. has passed away. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Sterling family and all of his former colleagues and G-Men.

Eddie Robinson once said of Grambling Legend Coach Sterling: “Ernest coached with me for 24 years. He had played for me and then in the NFL. He was like a rock and my foundation guy.”
