When long-time Burkburnett ISD educator Robert Daiker became the outdoor education teacher eight years ago, he had heard about disc golf but wasn’t really a fan.

I respect the EDGE program and what Innova does for the sport but: Topic of discussion, Why do disc manufacturers not consistently lobby for disc golf as a high school sport? It’s an absolute WIN/WIN. Younger generations get exposed to the sport/manufacturers bank from sales. Tons of schools have a “ball” golf team and no course….. so having no course to practice can’t be the issue 🤔
