The Price Sisters began their professional career in 2016, and have since performed at numerous venues and festivals across the United States as well as in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Canada. They’re currently signed to the Del McCoury Band’s family record label, McCoury Music, and they released their first album for the label — “Between the Lines” produced by Ronnie McCoury — in 2024. They'll be performing at Podunk on Friday, August 7.

The Asheville Mountain Boys are on a mission to capture not just the style but the spirit of traditional bluegrass. Asheville, NC has long been known for great music, and its roots in bluegrass go back to the founding of the genre (Bill Monroe’s first broadcast performance as the Bluegrass Boys was at Asheville radio station WWNC in 1938). This group firmly stakes its claim to the tradition of the music — and we’re thrilled to have them join us for a set on the Friday of the festival!

The Cody Sisters will be making their Podunk debut with a main stage set on Thursday, August 6. Raised on the Colorado folk and bluegrass scene, sisters Maddie (banjo) and Megan (mandolin) built a following for their harmonies and meticulous instrumental chops. When bassist Will Pavilonis joined in 2020, he brought fresh dimensions to their arrangements and sound.

We can't help but be excited about the mainstage acts we've got scheduled for this summer! First up is Dale and Darcy, who've developed a cohesive and lively band that plays all over Vermont and beyond. The band includes Dale Cahill on guitar and vocals, Darcy Cahill on fiddle and penny whistle, Neil Rossi on fiddle, banjo and mandolin and Ed Sutton on bass. All three of their CDs have been picked up by streaming services, one of them being composed entirely of waltzes. They look forward to playing some of their favorite waltzes for you at Podunk on Saturday morning.
