We had a great day Saturday at Zumbro Valley Health Center’s Fall Fest!

We were honored to attended this wonderful event and have the opportunity to talk about something that means so much to us — mental health and su***de prevention.

Events like this are so important because they give us opportunities to have conversations, share resources, break down the stigma, and remind people that they are not alone.

Thank you to Zumbro Valley Health Center for inviting us to be part of such a great community event, and to everyone who stopped by, talked with us, and helped support our mission.

Together, we can keep the conversation going and make sure no one feels like they have to face their struggles alone
