2026 Neighbors United Information
As we look ahead to this Saturday, April 25, we want to sincerely thank you for stepping up to serve through Neighbors United. Because of you, more than 45 projects across our community will be completed, each one making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
This day is about more than the work we accomplish. It is about leadership, service, and coming together to create lasting impact.
Arrival and Check-In
Volunteers should plan to arrive between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. at Goddard District Stadium.
Parking will be available in the west parking lot, and you will enter through the north ticket entrance.
When you arrive, simply provide your name at registration. You will receive your project site number and your Neighbors United t-shirt.
After checking in, please head inside to find your site leader based on your assigned number. Breakfast items, including sausage, coffee, and other options, will be available during this time.
Morning Schedule
7:45 a.m. – Group photo on the field
Immediately following – Volunteers will be dismissed to their project sites
What to Wear and Bring
Please come prepared to serve:
Wear long sleeves and pants
Dress appropriately for the weather
Wear your Neighbors United t-shirt while working
Wearing your shirt helps create a unified presence across the community and shows the collective impact of this effort.
Project Expectations
With more than 45 projects and a limited number of volunteers, you may be asked to:
Work at more than one site
Join different groups throughout the morning
We will do our best to keep teams and student groups together, and we appreciate your flexibility as we work to serve as many individuals and organizations as possible.
Lunch and Reflection
Lunch will be provided at 12:00 p.m. at Pathway Church in Goddard. Chick-fil-A and a variety of other options will be available.
This will be a meaningful time to connect with others, reflect on the impact of the day, and celebrate what has been accomplished together.
Important Reminders
If You Are Late or Need Assistance
If you are running late, feel lost, or have questions the morning of the event, please contact:

[email protected]
If you do not hear from a site leader prior to Saturday, you will be assigned one when you arrive.
Weather and Safety
We will be closely monitoring the weather. In the event of severe weather, communication will be sent via email and social media Neighbors United page.
There is a designated tornado shelter located in the middle of Linear Park if needed. If weather conditions require cancellation, the event will not be rescheduled and will return next year.
Restroom Access
Please plan to use the restroom at the stadium before departing for your project site.
Restroom facilities will also be available at Linear Park. Out of respect for those we are serving, please do not enter private homes to use restrooms.
Attendance Changes
If you are unable to attend at the last minute, please do not worry. We understand that things come up, and we are grateful for your willingness to serve.
A Mindset of Service
Each project represents an individual or organization that has humbly asked for help. As you serve, we ask that you lead with kindness, respect, and gratitude.
Neighbors United does not begin and end on Saturday. It is the start of a leadership journey, one that we hope continues to grow and create positive impact for years to come.
Because of you, our community will be stronger.
Thank you again for being part of something truly meaningful. We look forward to seeing you Saturday morning.
