Our neighbors, the Reichmann family, are hosting this year’s Breakfast on the Farm, and it’s a great opportunity to see where your food comes from, enjoy a delicious farm-fresh breakfast, and spend time with the local agriculture community.

Whether you’ve been around farms your whole life or you’re curious to learn more, this is a fun event for all ages.

And that's a wrap folks... thank you to everyone who came to the Pope County Fair... It was very nice to see all of our hard work paid off and seeing people enjoy themselves and having some fun! It means the world to us! Thank you!

We had a successful Baking Contest, Saturday afternoon! Congratulations to the winners: Fletcher & Lily! Thank you to all who participated, to Meco7 for sponsoring this event and providing some fun cookbooks and kitchen utensils as prizes and to Kathleen, our lovely judge! The theme was “Veggies for dessert” and participants had to incorporate a vegetable into their yummy treat.

We held our very first Pancake Eating Contest on Saturday! It was super fun and we’re excited to make it a yearly thing. We want to thank all the participants, Krem’s Diner for sponsoring and providing the delicious pancake and to our local emergency personal for being on-hand.

$15 admission fee. Sunshine, lovely breeze, and recurred drivers. It's going to be a grand day!
