The Glennville Sweet Onion Run is on Monday May 11, 2026. It includes the following events: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk and 5k Run.

Hey, runners! We are looking at the weather very closely for tomorrow’s Sweet Onion Run and 5K. We will only plan to cancel for very inclement (heavy, heavy rain or wind) or dangerous (lightning) weather. Otherwise, we’ll run in the rain because runners like to run! I’ll keep you posted and hope to see you in the morning! 🧅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🙏🏻☀️

The 50th (!!) Glennville Sweet Onion Festival is just around the corner, and the Sweet Onion Fun Run/5K is always a great way to start the day! The race headquarters is located on the parade route and not a far walk from the downtown festival area. We look forward to seeing y'all there! 🧅🌞

Ready to run?! The Glennville Sweet Onion Festival will be May 14, and we'd love to see you. The day kicks off with a 1 mile Fun Run followed by a 5K. Stick around for the parade and festival activities which will once again be held in Downtown Glennville. Hope to see y'all there!
