The Fire Hall has gotten back to us that Sunday April 12th is available to reschedule our Banquet. Please let me know if anyone has any major conflicts. We would like to be sure that everyone can attend but we know that available dates are going to start to be limited for everyone.

Just a reminder, due to inclement weather we have postponed today’s awards banquet. Please stay safe today, and we will report back with an updated date.

We have been watching the weather, and with the uncertainty tomorrow we will be postponing the Awards Banquet. We will work with the Firehall to get a new date. We want to ensure everyone’s safety, and give people the time to prepare their homes and animals incase we get bad weather. thank you for understanding, and we will get together soon!

Looks like old man winter may not be done with us just yet. We are watching the weather for Sunday closely. We will make a decision by Saturday at Noon on the Banquet. Please still complete the RSVP form so we can get an accurate head count.

2025 Year End Awards Banquet will be held on Feb 22nd, 2026 at 1:00PM at the Back Creek Valley Fire Hall. RSVP forms will be posted this week for all reservations. Here are the final year end placings, I will be reaching out to everyone over the next day to give you the awards menu and get your award decisions. We are still reviewing if we will be having shows in 2026, a final decision will be made soon and announcement to come.

What a wonderful day for us an all of our exhibitors! Thank you Olivia Gleissner and Ashley Moser for coming down and Judging and Ring Stewarding for us! You did such an amazing job with everyone and taking the time to speak to all of the exhibitors!! Your knowledge and kindness encourages everyone to continue enjoying a sport that we all love!!
