Maidenfire Community — we need your support

Beloved women,

As we prepare to gather in just a few days for Maidenfire Festival, I’m reaching out with something important.

Our Girls’ Grove leader has had to step out at the last minute due to illness, and I am now in need of a woman to step into this role for the festival.

This is a deeply meaningful space, supporting the girls who will be on the land with us. It requires someone who is grounded, nurturing, present, and able to hold both structure and softness with the children.

I’m trusting that the right woman may already be within this community… or just one connection away.

If you feel a pull, or know someone who would be a beautiful fit, please reach out to me as soon as possible. We gather in Glen Rose from April 9–13.

Tonight is it!

Ticket sales for Maidenfire close at midnight.

There’s something about wandering through flowers that feels like a ceremony all on its own.

And right now… the land is coming alive.

The bluebonnets have just started popping up across the fields 🌿
Those first little bursts of blue that remind you spring is really here.

While you’re at Maidenfire, the flower fields will be open for you to gather your own bouquet… slowly, intuitively, in your own rhythm.

🌼 How it works
It’s simple and trust-based. Grab a pair of snips from the wheelbarrow, wander the rows, and choose what calls to you. When you’re complete, you can leave your payment in the box or use Venmo (details will be posted in the field).
🌼 What you’ll find
Zinnias, snapdragons, and whatever else is alive and showing off in the Texas sun that week. No two bouquets will look the same, just like no two women here are walking the same path.
🌼 Make it yours
Go alone for a quiet moment. Bring your daughter. Gather flowers for your altar, your campsite, or to gift a sister you’ve just met.

This is an invitation to slow down… to touch the earth… to create something with your hands.
And yes… say hello to the goats and give the pigs a little love while you’re out there.

Because the Maiden is not just a phase of life—she is the part of you that is always ready to bloom again. ✨

We hear it at conferences, podcasts, reels, and we feel it in our bones. We need to make space for more real-time human connection.

Not as a one-off event but a whole 3-5 day weekend where we can all reset together. There is time and space to breathe, move intuitively through our schedule of embodied workshops, go on a hike, read a book (we’ll have a library for all ages to choose from!), and be met again and again in circle with our container of women. The retreat experience is what keeps attendees returning each year.

Women, we need this. And it’s here in central Texas.

For those flying in, making the road trip with your daughters, we can’t wait to come together in community.
