The FIRST ever Glen Ellyn Strut Social was a huge success, and on 3 day’s notice no less! You all really showed up in a way I’ll never forget 🥹🥳🥰💙

Monday April 27, 2026, after 271 Days from the day we closed our Villa Park location, I was finally able to officially open my new Strut location in Glen Ellyn! I would never have imagined that it would take this long but it was worth the wait. The studio is beautiful, the vibe is right, and the dance floor is ready for all of you to break it in.

After 9 months of a Strut dance hiatus, we miss you! So it seems only appropriate to get back to dancing immediately 😎 You’re invited to join us for GOOD TIMES & STRUT VIBES beginning:

The new sign is up 👏 🥳

We’re thrilled to announce that Strut’s new studio in Glen Ellyn will be opening early 2026! Construction is well underway at the new spot, and we’re so excited to be building a new home for our Strut dance community!

This is a long time coming, but I’m SO EXCITED to finally be able to announce that we officially have a new home 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥰

The shopping center is amazing and located right off Roosevelt Rd. & 355 making access so easy! We’ll give you a tour soon, I promise.

Now it’s time to get to work 🙌 Looking forward to this creative project and cant wait to get back to dancing with everyone in my “home” space! It will take a few months to build out and get set up, so group classes and open dances are still on hold but stay tuned on our progress!!

Official Update!!!

It seems crazy, but our time at 207 S. Villa Ave. is quickly coming to a close! It's been a whirlwind few months but the light at the end of the tunnel is shining brighter by the day 🤩

1. We're nearing our lease completion for the new Glen Ellyn location so make sure your subscribed to our email list & following us on Facebook and Instagram for updates on our progress 🙌

2. Until the new space is up and running, Brittney will be temporarily teaching lessons out of Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center in Glen Ellyn. The facility is beautiful and the manager has been so accommodating. The rental space is a bit smaller than the current studio, it’s got plenty of room for all styles of dance so don’t hesitate to reach out if you are looking for lessons!

In true Strut fashion…we still have lots of dancing to do over this last week, so don’t miss the following opportunities!!

The AC at the studio is not running at full capacity and open dance events put the most stress on the system with so many people in the room at once, on top of the warm summer weather we’ve been enjoying recently. We don’t want anyone to be uncomfortable! We appreciate your patience and understanding 🫶

We’re happy to say that private lessons and group classes will continue as scheduled 🥳
