Bordulac Attack The Bordulac Attack is an adventure series in the heart of Northern Michigan's Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Race solo or form a team. Join us!

A fun adventure for all ages! Are you ready to have some fun and put a new spin on the activities you know and love around Glen Lake and on Sleeping Bear? We are sharing our family adventure race with you to enjoy with your family and friends. The only right way to attack is yours! The Bordulac Attack is a multi-discipline

adventure race on sand, road, trail, and water that will test you on every level. Each race segment is a version of a beloved activity our family has been doing at the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore since Grandma Marie first came to Glen Lake in 1908. The six race segments include hiking, paddling, swimming, running, biking, and climbing. We’ve been racing each other up and down and around the dunes for years. Enter today, and you have until Halloween to complete all six separate race segments. You don’t have to do them all in one day, but you can if you are insane…

Maybe you don’t want to complete all six races; that’s cool. Swimming’s not your jam, but you love to bike? Be a segment race winner and claim the crown for that event, or form a team and divide and conquer as your share the work. The Bordulac Attack will have individual Segment Race Winners and an overall Grand “Champignon” with the fastest combined time from all six events. No lead is safe until November 1. This year we have age divisions for the adult competitive race, but you need not race if you don’t want to. Participants can choose to compete for the fastest time or complete the events at their own pace! Either way you earn your decals!

Registration is open! The 2025 Bordulac Attack and the new Bordulacky Attacky Family & Junior event are here!
👉 This year, each attacker earns a UV-protected decal for every segment they complete! They also get a virtual badge on our website scoreboard to track their progress!
👉 We also now have two ways to play! Attackers can choose to COMPETE for the fastest times, or COMPLETE and enjoy the event at their own pace. Both ways earn a virtual badge and decal.
• Bordulac Attack registration is $15 for all six segments.
• Bordulacky Attacky registration is $10 for the entire family!
