It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the 2026 Glassboro Craft B**r Festival, scheduled for this Saturday, September 26th.
Due to the expected weather conditions, including 20mph sustained winds and 30-40mph wind gusts, it would be unsafe to hold the festival as planned.
The safety and well-being of our attendees, vendors, performers, staff, and everyone involved in the festival will always be our top priority. We understand how disappointing this news is, especially after months of planning and anticipation, and we are incredibly sorry that we will not be able to celebrate with you this weekend.
Although the festival is a “rain or shine” event and our policy states that tickets are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, we are making an exception given the circumstances. All ticket purchases will be refunded.
Due to the extensive planning and logistics involved in organizing the festival, we will not be able to reschedule the event for a rain date.
Ticket buyers can expect refunds to be processed within 5-9 business days and credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. The refund will appear on your statement as coming from Fests LLC.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who purchased tickets, our breweries, wineries, food and craft vendors who cleared their schedules to join us, our performers, and our staff who have dedicated countless hours to bringing this event to life.
Glassboro Craft B**r Festival is about more than just a day of sampling. It brings together local breweries, food vendors, small businesses, and our community, providing an opportunity to discover and support the people and businesses that make our area, and craft b**r, special. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who was ready to be part of that celebration this year.
Thank you for your understanding and for your continued support. We hope you will continue to support the breweries, vendors, and local businesses that make events like this possible.
We look forward to raising a glass with you at Glassboro Craft B**r Festival in 2027.
