Eight years. Every single race. Not once have we had to wonder if our runners were in good hands, because OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group has been right there from the very beginning.

Since our first race in 2018, OSF has provided first aid support at every MISH event, quietly making sure every runner crosses the finish line safely. That kind of commitment doesn't go unnoticed. We are endlessly grateful for your team, your care, and your dedication to our running community. 💙
