Tidelands Community Hospice is a Not for Profit Hospice that has been serving the communities of Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg counties since 1985! We appreciate all that you do in the community!

They also recognize the unique needs of Veterans in end-of-life care. Through the We Honor Veterans Program, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs, they provide personalized support to meet their needs. This includes special pinning ceremonies to honor their service and veteran volunteers to assist the patient and family.
