The Kite Festival got rained out on Saturday, May 16th. We can't fly kites in the rain. We're disappointed -- the rain nearly went north of the park, but then it rained hard. Wet grass would destroy kites even when the weather cleared later in the day.

We are going to have a meeting and discuss options for next year.

Food trucks, live music, vendors, bounce houses, and plenty of kites filling the sky. Bring your own or grab one there and join the fun!
