Every Saturday morning, you can support our amazing local farmers, bakers, and artisans. Whether you’re looking for the freshest spring produce, handmade treats, or a unique gift, you're sure to find it!

A new Baskin-Robbins and Jimmy John's are opening soon on Southgate Drive, bringing sandwiches and ice cream to the south end of town.
There are also two additional storefront locations for lease, ideal for restaurants, boutiques, or maybe something new and different for Georgetown.

✨ Something BIG is coming to Georgetown… and it’s more than just Publix. 👀

If you’ve driven by Frankfort Road and McClelland Circle, you’ve probably noticed that things are officially moving.🚧

Georgetown’s Publix will be located in the new Elkhorn Village Center, a major retail development that will bring a new wave of growth to the west side of town.

But here’s the part people really want to know 👇

👉 This isn’t just a grocery store.
👉 It’s a full shopping center with multiple outlots and retail spaces planned.

And based on current city planning filings tied to the project, several restaurant names have already been associated with the development, including:
🍗 City Barbeque
🥡 Panda Express
🍔 Wendy’s (additional location)
☕ 7 Brew Coffee

⚠️ Important note: These are tied to planning documents and proposed outlots, so timelines (and even final tenants) can change, but it gives a very real preview of what could be coming.

Located in historic downtown Georgetown, Kentucky, Bleubird Studio + Suites comprises multiple venues that blend seamlessly into one breathtaking space. The Bleubird is comprised of a yoga studio, an art gallery, two luxury suites, and numerous event spaces. Owner, Jane Drake Hale, has created an artisan community center where people can come together to learn, create, move, express themselves, relax, celebrate, and enjoy.

⚠️UPDATE! Great news for Save A Lot customers - the store will re-open in 2026. No date has been set, but with the state issuing its building permit, repairs are moving forward. The store has been closed since a woman crashed into the grocery store in June of this year while fleeing from police.

💥Georgetown is buzzing with new developments, with several exciting businesses under construction in the area. A Chipotle and Dutch Bros Coffee are close to completion at the former O'Charley's location, both set to open by the end of 2025. But sooner to debut are Crumbl Cookies on Ikebana Path, and Lay's Donuts, which is taking over the old Southern Glazed Donuts spot on South Broadway. Wawa is nearly finished at Cherry Blossom Way and East Main, while the new Dollar Tree in Indian Acres Shopping Center has begun hiring and will be ready for the holiday rush.

Bourbon Barrel Beef opens its new retail store in downtown Georgetown today. Located at 142 West Main, the store will sell locally raised, hormone and steroid-free, farm-fresh beef. The store on West Main will be open from 9 am to 6 pm weekdays and from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.
