A wedding day doesn’t begin at the ceremony—it begins with garment bags, coffee runs, curling irons, and vendors quietly bringing the vision to life behind the scenes ✨

We’re starting a Sample Wedding Timeline Series to give couples a general idea of how a wedding day can flow, while still leaving plenty of room to personalize every moment to fit your vision 🤍

12:00 PM: Client Arrival & Vendor Set-Up.

The wedding party arrives, music starts playing in the suites, dresses are steamed, details are unpacked, and the excitement finally starts to feel real. Meanwhile, vendors are arriving behind the scenes, transforming the venue and setting the stage for everything to come 🌿

For the next four hours, it’s all about getting ready, settling in, and soaking up those once-in-a-lifetime moments before “I do.”
