The Epic Grind is a fun obstacle run done a little differently than those big corporate nationwide races. We're a smaller, local, family-organized, community-based event. A beautiful trail course at Hagg Lake in the Oregon countryside. 5K, 10K, and Kids Run options, offering a challenging and fun race for everyone. The Epic Grind course will take you through forests, hills, and lake shore, climbin

g, crawling, jumping, pushing, dragging, bending, sliding, falling and even some running. The Epic Grind is a great race to run with friends and family, where everyone will a great day outdoors.
