Another year down. Congratulations to GBF on winning. It was a gorgeous day to spend 17 hours outside. Thank you to everyone who came out, played, sponsored, participated and donated; weather that be money or their time. It was truly an amazing year!

Sorry for the delay! Here is the bracket for Saturday. If anything changes I will let you know ASAP. Reminder we will NOT be providing balls this year. Team fee should be paid before or after your first game. Please remind your teams to provide umpires when needed. I’m sending the rules as well and a layout of the fields for whoever hasn’t been there. The northwest entrance is behind the elementary school. The south entrance is behind Casey’s. Bring all the good vibes and good weather! See ya Saturday! 💚 🥎

As some of you may have heard, Chris Keim was in an accident at work this morning.

We are very close with Chris and his family and I’m sure you’ve all played with or gotten extremely frustrated with how good of a pitcher he is if you’ve played against him!

I, for one, hated playing against him — could never get a hit in so guess what I did?.. I convinced THE Chris Keim to play with Clay and I on our team instead! 😅 the smartest move I ever made!

All proceeds from the tournament this year will go to Chris so please come out and support a great family and have another great tournament with us this year!

Hello everyone!

It’s been awhile since we’ve came on here and explained why we have this tournament..

Clay passed away June 11, 2017 in a hit and run accident when he was walking home. In August of 2017, his friend Ashley put this tournament on to help raise money for funeral expenses and we’ve been doing it every year since!

Clay loved hunting, fishing, Christmas, sports and playing softball. If Clay did anything he went all out and that’s what we try to do with this tournament. It’s a special day close to or sometimes on his birthday that we get to get together with so many of his friends and family. We have a lot of people that come that didn’t even know Clay but they do ask about him then we get the chance to talk about our boy..

When Clay passed away so many members and businesses in our community were there to help and support us. This is our way to give back. We use the proceeds of Clay’s tournament for various things.. we’ve helped with funeral expenses, houses that have been burnt down, Clay loved Christmas so we try to adopt a family each year, various community fundraisers, just whatever may pop up in the community we try to help.

Even if you’re not a player come out and enjoy the day with us and celebrate Clay!
We have a raffle each year with great giveaways from local businesses, we have a bat raffle, we sell shirts, bracelets and great food!

This year we have two bats for the raffle so wear your lucky shorts! One of the bats features Clay’s picture and the other one features laser engraving saying “come and get it” his favorite warm up song courtesy of AC/DC.

Here’s just a sneak peek of the bats and shirts.

Again, we cannot thank everyone enough for all they do for this tournament! It truly is such a fun day and it’s such a blessing for us as his family to get to remember him and honor him in this way. This day always makes the grief sting a little less than others.. Clay would help anyone he could and now he still gets to.
