For 2020, they added an extra day to competition due to the closure of New York’s Pier 92, which is usually one of the home bases for the event.
The Working Breeds will be judged on Tuesday, February 11th – That means HUSKIES!
Best in Show will be named on Tuesday also, at Madison Square Garden.

Due to the strong interest in our show, pre-sales of daytime spectator tickets at Pier 94 have been suspended in accordance with local building capacity codes. We are effectively SOLD OUT of daytime tickets. Monday and Tuesday evening tickets remain available for Groups and Best in Show judging at Madison Square Garden, visit Ticketmaster
Each February, the top dogs in the country descend on New York City for the venerated Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, America’s second-oldest continuously-running sporting event behind only the Kentucky Derby. This year at the 144th Westminster show, over 2,600 dogs representing 204 breeds and varieties will vie for the coveted Best In Show title, including six Azawakhs in the breed’s first year of WKC competition.
