1st Annual Morrow County Milk Mile and 1 Mile Challenge

1st Annual Morrow County Milk Mile and 1 Mile Challenge 1 Mile Challenge at 8:00am and Milk Mile Challenge at 8:30am on July 27th 2013 at Northmor High School There will be timing, judging and video recording.

Chocolate Milk Mile- Cost 10$ - Starting at 8:30am each competitor must complete 1 mile run and consume 48oz of chocolate milk (12oz each lap). Milk Mile Rules: each competitor must drink 12oz of milk in the holding area, once they have completed their drinks they will run the next lap, and then repeat 3 more times. Penalties: Milk must be consumed from the bottle, if too much is spilling or the c

ompetitor doesn’t finish their bottle, there will be a 30sec time penalty added onto that individuals total time. Lastly if the competitors Puke before crossing the finish line on the last lap a 1:30 penalty is added to their time.

*There will also be a normal 1 Mile race: Cost 5$ - set to start at 8:00am. Standard track rules apply. This is a 4 lap race and will be a true 1 mile run.
