From handwritten vows during a quiet first look, to a ceremony framed by soft peach and ivory florals, every detail of Kayla & Johnny’s wedding day felt romantic and personal. With their pup by their side as they said “I do,” the moment was full of love. Guests sipped cocktails on the tarmac while the newlyweds soared over Orange County, returning for their once-in-a-lifetime helicopter grand entrance (and yes, we’re the only venue in OC where you can do this). From touchdown to dance floor, their celebration was equal parts intimate and fun.

From a fun first look on the tarmac to dancing under the stars, Hannah & Mike’s wedding at Hangar 21 South was a beautiful celebration. Their ceremony featured live music, soft blush flowers, and heartfelt vows shared in front of family and friends. Guests then headed inside for cocktail hour, where florals and fabric hung from the ceiling as they enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and signature drinks served at a gorgeous bar. Afterward, everyone took a seat outdoors for a reception filled with interactive dinner stations, from Street Tacos and a Tri-Tip Carvery to a French Fry Station and a decadent dessert display, including our Kouign Amanns caramelized on-site.

‘Tis the season for holiday festivities and closing out the year on a joyful note! Hoosier did just that and brought the holiday spirit for their company party at Hangar 21 South by decking the halls for an end of year feast. From installs to catering, every detail encompassed Christmas cheer and the New Year.

A menu of Old Fashioned Glazed Ham, Herb Roasted Boneless Turkey Breast, Au Gratin Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, Cornbread Stuffing, and Apple Walnut Salad fueled the festive evening and our Old Fashioned Cookie Assortment and Eleanor’s Famous Carrot Cake ended the night on a sweet note!

Love was in the air for Courtney and Ryan’s black and white wedding at 🖤. From modern signage to romantic table settings, no detail was left overlooked - even the wedding menu was beautifully curated. Guests were treated to tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas, Roasted Red Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, and Vegan Artichoke Hearts during cocktail hour on the tarmac followed by Zucchini Lime Chicken, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Wild Cherry Salad for dinner. To end on a sweet note, the bride and groom invited everyone to indulge in our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Fruit Macarons, and French Apple Tarts.
