🛶 **Buff Betty** — the all-women's adventure race at York River State Park, VA with Adventure Addicts Racing. We're supplying the boats for the paddle leg on the York River. Good luck, ladies!

Back in Virginia we have the Women in Wild camp underway at Downriver Canoe Company. It a little bit of camping, a little bit of paddling, a little bit of hiking, a little bit of rappelling, and a whole lot of fun.

Lots to track today. We wrap up Day 3 with TRAIL Park City. It has been fun to be on site with the crew. Such a great team. We will be back out at TRAIL Tahoe next month. Runners head out for their final mountain marathon at 6 am MST.

The Gold Rush AR kicks off at 8 am PST and has over 60 teams running through the John Muir Woods and paddling around the San Francisco Bay for 12 hours.
