~ The Great American Total Sola
r Eclipse ~ Passes over the venue on Monday April 8th, 2024 around 2pm. We offer an intimate wide open location to view this natural phenomena included in your ticket purchase, as well as a very special set featuring original 300+ year old string instruments the morning of the eclipse to set the stage for this cosmic experience.
~ Over 20 unique live music performances including sets by multi Grammy Award winning artists, IBMA Award winners, and other national, local and world touring musicians.
~ The Venue is 230+ acres of gorgeous Missouri Ozarks to explore. Druzy Quartz Crystals and Lace Agate infuse the Earth here and are often found in the creek or along our hiking trails that meander through the high ridges of the St Francois Mountain range. The site features 3 large crystal clear springs that feed the creek, seasonal swimming, climbing and bouldering, mountain biking, and 3 caves open for exploration year round. We offer beautiful Creek Side, Forest & Meadow camping options included in the ticket price, and upgraded RV electric sites, VIP camping and Main Stage camping options available as an add-on.

AGES: All Ages - Kids 12 and Under are Free, Discounted Youth tickets available for ages 13-17 years old. PRICE: 1 day GA passes start at $30 online
*Tickets Include GA Camping, Eclipse Viewing Glasses, Live Music & All Activities. (See below about Main Stage and VIP Camping Upgrades and RV Passes.) PETS: We allow you to bring your cuddly friendly pets to Astral Valley. Owners must provide proof of current vaccinations at the gate and purchase a pet pass online (limited quantity available). Animals must remain on leashes at all times. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: We are allowing you to bring your golf cart or side x side to this event with the purchase of a recreational vehicle pass ($200 - limited quantity available). Your ticket purchase includes car side camping at Astral Valley in Stargazer or Family Camps. However, if you are interested in camping close to the action be sure to check out our Main Stage and VIP Harmony Grove camping upgrade options . MAIN STAGE CAMPING UPGRADES: There are a limited number of electric and non electric sites available for purchase right in main stage field with views of Main Stage! All Upgraded camping options include Free Early Entry on Friday April 5th. VIP HARMONY GROVE UPGRADE: A limited number of VIP upgrades are available for purchase and include upgraded camping in the Shaded Harmony Grove, close to Main Stage, and the following additional VIP perks: Early Entry, Backstage Indoor VIP Bathroom Passes, Access to the New Harmony Grove Private Hot Showers, plus Official Event Poster & T-Shirt. RV CAMPING: If you wish to bring your RV you must purchase an RV/Large Vehicle pass (quantities are limited). We now offer a select number of Electric Site hookups in Main Stage Field, Cosmic Camp and Stargazer Camp available for purchase on a per site basis. Primitive sites without hookups are $100 per RV/large vehicle. All RV Passes include Free Early Entry.

DIRECTIONS FROM ST LOUIS, MO (45 minutes):Take I-55 South to Festus, Take exit 174B & merge onto US-67 South towards Bonne Terre/Farmington, go 14 miles and Turn left onto Hwy JJ (note - this is the 2nd Hwy JJ you will see and is just past the Valle Mines exit, do NOT take the 1st Hwy JJ), Once on JJ take the first immediate Right onto Rouggly Rd, go 3.8 miles and turn Left on Koester Springs Rd & follow 1.2 miles to the venue. DIRECTIONS FROM CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (1.5 hrs): Take I-55 North towards St Louis, in Bloomsdale take exit 157 & turn Left on Hwy Y West, go 13 miles & turn Right on Hwy D, continue for 2.2 miles, here Hwy D turns into Rouggly & curves sharp to the Left & Koester Springs Rd is straight ahead, continue straight on Koester Springs Rd & follow 1.2 miles to the venue. DIRECTIONS FROM SPRINGFIELD, MO (4 hrs):Take I-44 East towards St. Louis, In St Clair take exit 239 & turn Right on Hwy 30 East, follow Hwy 30 out of town & turn Right on Hwy 47, follow Hwy 47 all the way to Hwy 67 in Bonne Terre, turn Left on Hwy 67 heading North, Just past the St Francois State Park & Hwy Y you'll see Hwy JJ on your Right (note: if you pass the Valle Mines exit you have gone to far), Turn Right on Hwy JJ and take the first immediate Right onto Rouggly Rd, go 3.8 miles & turn Left on Koester Springs Rd & follow 1.2 miles to the venue.

- RAIN OR SHINE EVENT - no refunds unless canceled or rescheduled.

- NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or Drug Paraphernalia - Violators will be ejected from the Festival & are subject to prosecution under local, state, & federal laws.
- NO ENTRY ALLOWED WITHOUT A TICKET
- NO GLASS - bring your drinks in aluminum or plastic please
- NO FIREWORKS or explosives of any kind
- PETS - are allowed with a pet pass (limited quantity available) and proof of vaccinations, animals must be kept on a leash at all times.
- RECREATIONAL VEHICLES (Golf Carts and Side X Sides) - are allowed with the purchase of a Recreational Vehicle Pass and proof of insurance, if found driving too fast, drinking and driving or driving irresponsibly you will be subject to loosing your vehicle pass or possible removal from the grounds. (No 4 wheelers or 3 wheelers are allowed).
- NO UNDERAGE DRINKING
- SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH THROUGHOUT THE GROUNDS
- NO DRINKING & DRIVING, please stay put if your under the influence, we have amble camping available for you to spend the night.
- CAMPFIRES will be allowed in established fire rings, burn barrels, or raised patio pits (bring your own or rent one from Firewood Steve onsite).
- NO DUMPING OR LITTERING
- LEAVE-NO-TRACE – Leave Astral Valley better than you found it
- DO NOT REMOVE ANY ARTIFACTS FROM THE GROUNDS
- DO NOT CUT DOWN, HARM OR SCAR ANY TREES
- DO NOT VANDALIZE OR CAUSE DESTRUCTION TO ANYTHING
- BIKES will be allowed, please ensure they are well lit up for your safety if using them at night
- TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, non-refundable & non-returnable, unless event is canceled or rescheduled.
- RESPECT the beauty of Astral Valley, please use recycling bins & consider your neighbors
- LISTEN TO & Respect all Staff, Security & Volunteers, your safety is our #1 concern
