Baking up some mini cookies for the weekend! These are chocolate cookies made 2 ways - gluten-free oats and regular!
Both have the chocolatey goodness and lots of love poured into them!
Great as a quick snack and made with clean ingredients!

My first bakealong with my toddler yeilded these warm cookies. Flourless almond chocolate chip cookies - crispy on the edges and soft in the center!
Thank you for your alternate ingredients cookies class - this makes a great starter recipe, definitely fail proof and easily tweak able to our taste.

Pull apart cheese garlic bread

This ridiculously easy and crazy delicious recipe is a crowd pleaser and comes together at a speed that depends only on your chopping skills! So here goes

16 dinner roll pack of savory Hawai dinner rolls or desi paav (small size)
1/2c unsalted butter
2tbsp veg oil
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (about 10-12 sprigs)
5-7 cloves of garlic finely minced (should measure 2tbsp after chopping)
1 tbsp dried oregano
1tbsp dry garlic powder
1 tbsp (or more) chilli flakes
2-4 oz cheese cut into small slices (I used a combo of gouda and Norwegian cheese. Go for salty cheeses that melt well)

Partly Cut the loaf of dinner rolls leaving half inch from the bottom so the bottom stays attached
Each roll should have a + shaped cut on it
Add ingredients except cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1min till butter is melted
Mix and microwave again for 1 to 2 min till you smell garlic (we need to cook the garlic)
Apply the mixture generously into the cuts of the dinner rolls
Then place cheese slices in each cut
Place the whole thing on an aluminum foil that covers the sides half way up, then place on a baking sheet
Cover the top loosely with another piece of foil
Bake in a preheated oven at 350F or 180c for 15min
Then remove the top foil and bake for 5-7min more till tops are just browned and cheese has melted and the place smells like garlic bread!
Cool on a wire rack for 10min, then transfer bread to a serving platter
Pull apart and devour! Enjoy!

3 quarter sheet cakes for the 60th birthday celebration for Ramesh maam at KAOCA's Ugadi function! Ramesh maam is known in our community for many years so when I got the opportunity to make these, I was thrilled. I even offered to deliver, store and serve them at the event!
10.5kgs of cake (close to 20lbs) all made from real fruits!
Flavors: Orange, Mango and Pineapple
All eggless! These were gone so quickly, people cake for seconds and thirds and tonnes of them stopped by to tell me and the birthday man how awesome these were!
I am so grateful for this opportunity and had a lot of fun making these!!

mini loaves paired with Chai are an ultimate nostalgic walk down memory lane!!
Thank you to for the starter recipe. Made a few substitutions to the flour and fat; and changed up a couple more ingredients to make it a signature cake!
