🚨🚨VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!

We need volunteers! It takes hundreds of volunteers to help put this event on. And right now, we really need folks to help out in the following spots:

✨baggage claim, Sunday 4 Oct, all shifts but especially the 530-830a shift

Picked up the shirts on Friday - opened the box and they like glowed in my home office 🤩😂

These shirts are ✨almost✨ blaze orange which is exactly what we were going for 🦌🦌

In the cancellation email from Thursday evening is a Google form for the runners to respond to to determine what they would like to do with their registration & shirt if they ordered one. Runners have until Thursday 1 Oct at 11:59pm and then the form will close.

Reminder that tomorrows race is cancelled.

We've received responses from about half of the runners so far from our survey, you have until Thursday night

The Maine Track Club, Wolfe’s Neck Center, Freeport Conservation Trust, and the race director for the Farm to Farm Ultra Run are saddened to share that due to incoming Nor’easter and the uncertainty surrounding the storm path & full impact, the 2026 Farm to Farm Ultra has been cancelled.

We are doing this out of an abundance of caution to ensure runner safety and trail longevity. This early season storm will have high winds primarily impacting the coast. And since the leaves have not fallen, we are at greater risk for downed trees/branches and power outages. There are a number of low spots that could flood or become mud pits and sections that would end up effectively being a slide unsafe for runners, and not great for the land. We are unable to postpone to a new date given the significant amount of local races and location events over the next 8 weeks.

Runners were sent an email last night and provided 4 options for their registration: Donate, defer, switch to virtual, or refund.

Please do not run the course this weekend.

The runner and volunteer emails will be sent tonight and will address the incoming storm & its impact on the race.

🚨ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES TONIGHT🚨

Online registration is set to close at 11:59p ET TONIGHT.

If you miss it, you can register on Sunday on paper. Cash, check, or Venmo is preferred. We will have a Square available for credit card transactions but service is really spotty at Wolfe's Neck Center so it'll take awhile to process.

There will be extra shirts for sale as well - if you registered for one ahead of 4 Sep, you'll get it with your bib. For registrations after 4 Sep, no shirt was included (even tho UltraSignUp made folks select a shirt size...)

See you all soon (hopefully)!

We are watching the weather and will make the call on Friday morning. Runner & volunteer emails will go out tomorrow as planned with a follow up email on Friday and social media posts. Runner safety & trail longevity are at the forefront of our minds.

With Danny, Lucas, and Kou joining us for the 50mi race, we've got 17 folks going out for 10 laps on Wolfe's Neck Center & Freeport Conservation Trust trails!

Sam, Susanna, and Riley are doing 2 loops for 10mi bringing our total for the 10mi up to 31!

is sorting course signs and making new ones in the driveway after work on a Tuesday 😂

Sunday 27 Sep is coming up fast! And there are so many signs to put out 😅

Some saved from the old course with reflective details, some shared with Field And Forest 5 Miler and some brandy new!

Only 2 signs have approximate mileage on them and they're both at the junction of Wolfe's Neck Center & Freeport Conservation Trust so folks (hopefully 🤞🏼) turn the right way.

Corrugated signs and pin flags go up on Friday 25 Sep!
