You could hear it before you could see it,
boots on the bleachers,
kids counting down to the next event,
that particular kind of loud that only happens once a year around here.

Some of our favorite July photos aren't from inside the arena.

They're on the rail, in the stands, by the trailers, wherever the real waiting and watching happened.

That's the Round Up we remember too.

Yesterday, we traded the rodeo arena for a visit to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital with Angel Heart Farm, Nashville. 🤠❤️

We were grateful for the opportunity to bring a little of our rodeo world to the children and families there. We left thinking about those kids, the parents beside them, and how much a little encouragement can mean.

Thank you, Angel Heart Farm, for including us and for the heart you pour into these families. It’s a privilege to show up alongside you!

Good horses. Good rodeo. Good people. Two summer nights at Harlinsdale we won’t soon forget. 🤠

We see a few seconds in the arena.

What we don’t see are the miles traveled, hours practiced, early mornings and work it took to get there.

We had one heck of a group of cowboys and cowgirls come compete at Harlinsdale this summer. 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀.
