Thank you to Linda Sviland and the Friedman Arts District for another wonderful chalk event.

I wanted to honor the rich Gullah Geechee culture so present in the area, and it was a joy to create a drawing of a Gullah dancer. Along the way, I had the pleasure of meeting many Gullah Geechee descendants, which made the experience even more meaningful!
