Celebrate fall with fireworks, food trucks, live music, hay rides, vendors, a parade and more during the Franklin Fall Festival on Sept. 28 at the Franklin amphitheater. There will also be an outdoor concert, a beer and wine garden and food vendors to kick off the weekend on Sept. 27.
