Summer camp at Whisk & Flame starts in two weeks.

Five days of real cooking in our studio, ages 6 to 11, drop off in the morning and pick up at lunch. They make their own food, taste what they made, and bring home recipes they can actually cook again.

Mini Beef Wellington Night is three hours of real cooking and a dinner worth every minute. Tender beef filet wrapped in mushroom duxelles and golden puff pastry. Served alongside roasted asparagus, Caesar salad, and creme brulee.

Teen Chefs is not a babysitting program.

At Whisk and Flame Summer Cooking Camps teens ages 12 to 17 spend a full week learning real culinary technique. Here is what is on the menu:

Week 1 -- Foundations: Knife skills, hollandaise and eggs benedict, fresh pasta three ways, three course dinner showcase
Week 2 -- Global Techniques: Japanese sushi and maki rolls, French coq au vin, Mexican mole, Indian curry and naan
Week 3 -- Baking and Pastry: Croissants from scratch, choux pastry, tarts, celebration cake
Week 4 -- Restaurant Simulation: Menu planning, full mise en place, sauce mastery, full restaurant service for parents

Monday through Friday afternoons. Drop off program. Wave 1 starts June 22. Limited spots. Register at whiskflame.com/summer-camps or link in bio.
