The Old Fashioned Ten Miler, Flat 5K and 13.1 BadAss Half Combo has been “running” for 25 years now, in one form or another, in Foxboro, MA, in the middle of February. Since we will not be able to present the 26th version of our beloved races this year, we remain hopeful that when Phase 4 of the MA reopening plan commences, we will be able to form a plan with Town officials that will bring back th

e OFTM, in person, as we continue to keep the safety of our runners, volunteers, spectators and neighbors first and foremost. We will post updates here, on IG and Twitter, as well as www.wampanoagroadrunners.org. In the meantime, be safe, stay strong and we cannot wait to run with you again!

We hope this note finds you healthy and running 💪 as we drift into the winter ❄️season.

It is with much sadness that we share that it will be a little longer until the Wampanoag Road Runners will be able to present our beloved races again. The race committee thought it best to “not present” rather than very possibly have to cancel the OFTM come February due to unavoidable circumstances with our host venue and therefore an awful lot of last minute juggling that we felt would jeopardize the quality of our race.

🙏 THANK YOU THANK YOU for your continued interest and understanding as we forge ahead with plans for a New Fashioned Ten Miler in February of 2023. PLEASE stay tuned for updates on our new plans as they continue to develop!

Hello Runners,

Your OFTM Race Committee has been thinking of you! We hope you are healthy, safe and “sound” and are able to get out and enjoy the roads and the crisp fall air before the snow ❄️ flies.
While it is extremely sad and unfortunate to learn of so many big and small races cancelling, postponing or going virtual, it is more than understandable given the current MA mandated restrictions which are in place to keep everyone safe during these unprecedented times. We very sadly share that the 26th Old Fashioned Ten Miler, Flat 5K and BadAss Half Combo will not be able to take place in person on February 21, 2021.
On behalf of the Wampanoag Road Runners and the OFTM Race Committee, we wish you to be well and stay safe through what may be some difficult months to come and cannot wait to shout out the date of our 26th Annual OFTM and BadAss Half! Happy Holidays!
