On December 2nd we will be hosting the Second Annual Compassion in Action race supporting the work of Global Effects! Come run, walk, or do a combination of both and support thousands of lives overseas! Bring the whole family to cheer you on and enjoy a Family Fun event immediately following the race! We will have bounce houses, food, and fun activities for all ages to enjoy! loves and supports th

Packet Pick-Up Today Until 6PM

Where: Front foyer of Cornerstone Baptist Church – 7955 N. Beach Street, Fort Worth TX 76137
Please ring buzzer to the right of the glass doors to be let in

Race Day Pickup: 7 - 8am in the back parking lot of the church. To ensure a smooth start to the race, please pickup your packet 6pm Friday night if possible.

Registrations Made After Tuesday: All registrations made after December 2nd will experience a delay in t-shirt pickup. New shirts will arrive a few weeks after the race and you will be notified via email when it is available for pickup. Please contact us if you would like to pay an additional $5 to have your shirt shipped - [email protected]

Wow! We are so honored that Shipley Do-Nuts on North Beach has sponsored our 5K this year! When you cross the finish line you'll be met with applause, receive an awesome medal, AND GET A SHIPLEY DO-NUT!

Sundary, the owner of Shipley Do-Nuts at 8201 N. Beach St., has an incredible story of triumph we had to share with you!

She's paying it forward because she remembers the joy of being shown compassion as a child when she received shoes at a refugee camp. As a young girl, Sundary and her 6 siblings escaped Cambodia and came to the United States with their bold single mother.

When Sundary learned that all of the proceeds from our race support our Children's Home in Burma, she graciously chose to sponsor us by providing donuts for everyone at no cost to Global Effects. This ensures that your registration fees will go to offer hope and extend compassion to more little boys and girls!

We love partnering with our community and learning about the incredible individuals who live right next door. Go stop by Shipley Do-Nuts on N. Beach and tell them the Compassion in Action Race sent you!
