Hey everyone! Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend a run this weekend as I have a slight tear in my hip flexor. I was hoping I would be feeling better for tomorrow morning, but not quite there yet. Thank you for understanding, and I hope everyone has a great weekend! 🫶🏼
