November 22, 2025. Today is International Survivors of Su***de Loss Day. Each year, the day falls on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The goal is to unite communities of su***de loss survivors and help them cope with their grief, especially around the holiday season.

While the holiday season may be a little cold, you don’t have to be. Get cozy, stay a little while.

Thank you to everyone who showed up to support our first Su***de Prevention 5k! Congratulations to our top finishers and everyone who finished for choosing to spend their Saturday morning logging some miles and raising awareness! The “Remembrance Banner” will make a return at every event from here on out. We will write the names of those we lost to remember and honor them as we continue to work and continue to raise awareness. Our goal is to never fill the banner, but if we do we will bring out a second one! I look forward to seeing you all at our next race, so keep your eyes peeled 👀

TOMORROW MORNING

We run to raise awareness for Su***de Prevention.
We run to remember those we have lost.
We run to inspire change and hope.
We run because we can.

I can’t wait to see everyone out there along the Trinity Trails in morning. If you haven’t signed up yet, there are still spots available! We will have a Celsius sponsor handing out drinks, Shipley Donuts is donating some donuts for yall, Dalton Mullin and Dylan Torres will share some words about their experiences of losing their little brothers to su***de. We will have an IronMind banner and we invite everyone to write the names of the loved ones they lost, and we will bring this banner to every single event in the future.

This is more than just running. See you all tomorrow morning!

Join us this Saturday for our first local DFW event! We will have a Celsius sponsor giving out free drinks, a guest speaker from Austin who lost his brother to su***de (just as I lost mine), custom 3D printed medals made by a local 11 year old to support the next generation of entrepreneurs, event day stickers, and hand made plaques for our top 3 male and female runners.
