The historic Modern Drug Village on Magnolia Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas is gearing up for a resurgence in community and culture. The growing neighborhood, Near Southside, has seen some development in the past few years with an overwhelming response from the city and local patrons. Now, with new locations breaking ground and one that is currently operating, Near Southside and the entire city will,
at long last, have a “destination neighborhood” to call home. The five businesses are proud to unite in an alliance named The Village on Magnolia. The Village on Magnolia will include, but not limited to, Shinjuku Station, BREWED, and The Live Oak Music Hall & Lounge.
