ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A SEPARATE $400.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID TO RESERVE HALL. RENTAL FEE IS DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY IF EVERYTHING IS CLEANED UP, PUT BACK AND NO STAINS OR DAMAGES. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE (SET UP, PARTY & CLEAN UP) DURING YOUR SET RENTAL HOURS.

USE OF FULL KITCHEN – REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, MICROWAVE, SINK
100- CHAIRS 10-8FT TABLES 10-6FT TABLES 1-4FT TABLE
THERE ARE 2 RESTROOMS; ONE COMES WITH A SITTING AREA
The Hall holds 100 people Max
We rent this month & the next 3 months in advance.
