Westero is a backyard barbecue enterprise founded by the father-daughter team of Gilbert and Roxanne Pedroza. Their culinary creations are carefully crafted using premium ingredients, drawing inspiration from Gilbert's extensive 50+ years of experience in the realms of BBQ and Tex-Mex cuisine. The moniker "WESTERO" encapsulates the essence of "a man from the West," embodying the duo's deep-rooted connection to the rich tradition of Western cuisine. Through their outdoor cookouts and BBQ expertise, Roxanne vividly narrates the tale of her beloved "westero," her accomplished chef father, Gilbert.

Craig Rodsmith’s extraordinary piece of craftsmanship showcases a vintage Moto Guzzi motorcycle of iconic status. This machine stands out due to its meticulously designed, fluid bodywork, and inspiring engineering. Initially conceived as a functional motorcycle sculpture, intended as a tribute to Craig's esteemed friend, the late Bobby Haas, the visionary behind the Haas Moto Museum, its development was subsequently redirected towards a more focused and purposeful build.
