Construction of the holiday lights begins today! Since downsizing, by moving to Texas (where everything is bigger but the yards and garages), we don't have to start decorating in September to finish in time!

The lights will come on, on Thanksgiving night, as always, and stay on through the New Year. We hope you can make out and take a photo in our snowflake arch!

Wind is a factor here, severely, so if it is a very windy day, the lights may be off, as we will have to dismantle some of the display to keep it from being destroyed.

It's almost the most wonderful time of the year!

Things are a little different this year...a whole lot smaller. We went from 3/4 of an acre up North to the Smallest yard I have had in my lifetime in Texas. We went from 80,000 lights to what you see here ...but we are still at it, in the TEXAS none the less! We hope that it can still be enjoyed while not as extravagant as we once were back home.

Thanks to all who have stopped by already, and to those utilizing our little photo area with their families and fur babies!

Would anyone be interested in purchasing this all LED light display to keep it alive and in the area, minus the tiny figures? We have 8 years and about $9,000-$10,000 invested. Obviously not able to sell for new pricing, but we are willing to "let it go" for a good offer to keep it where it started. Let us know, via Private Message, before we pack it up and move it cross country in a couple of weeks!

If you want it, make sure to bring a TRAILER, it is a LOT of stuff!

Well...unfortunately for the display, Soules street will go dark this year. Unless someone is wishing to purchase the display to keep it going. We received a promotion at work and are having to relocate, out of state. The home and property are for sale, currently pending.

Hulbert Happy Holidays will be dark in 2024..unless the new owners wish to purchase the display, or someone else in town, wishes to purchase it and continue it. Otherwise portions of it will be seen elsewhere this season.

Let us know if you are wanting to do that. Otherwise, wish us luck on our new adventures!

Thank you for the support the last few years! We loved putting this up as a family for others to enjoy. Seeing you all, out and about taking photos in our little photo stops, was a huge joy!

It the last day, to see this view out of our front window 😞. We hope you've enjoyed our little display amd photo stops, as much as we enjoyed putting it up for you! If you enjoy it, and want to keep it going and growing, Please remember:

We take donations of New, or working used, LED display pieces and characters, any blow molds, LED lights, and outdoor extention cords! Every bit definetly helps, as we put this up as a family of 4 (2 of which under age 13) on a single income. The pieces cost a lot, and the electric bill does rise (which is why we are ALL LED only..but we love seeing the hundreds of folks and families out there taking pictures, the photos sent to us, and the kids reactions!

Thank you for coming by and supporting our efforts to bring a little light into the community!

Thank you to the couple that stopped by and spoke to us, and the gentleman whom left some lights on our porch! It is greatly appreciated!

The lights are still on Tonight.. but tomorrow night, New Year's Eve, will be the last!

Come on by if you haven't yet, tonight or tomorrow night, one last time

Remember, we do this on our own dime, but we do take donations of LED Lights, LED figurines, Blow Molds, outdoor extention cords, or the like.. to keep growing, for our awesome community! Thank you to those whom have already spoken to us, and have dropped lights off on our front porch. We, amd those who enjoy the display, appriciate it, greatly!

We are going to TRY to keep the Christmas lights on tonight, since it's the First and only "snow" this Christmas season..

The wind has been BAD and has torn down a few of our display items. I have spent all my time, after work, putting it all back together..so we will keep the lights on, in the "snow" as long as the wind keeps from destroying anything else.

Keep your eyes peeled to this page in case we go down for the night.
