COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS FOR STUDENTS AVAILABLE.

VOLUNTEER POSITION elected by Board Vote.

Must have ability to pass Level 4 background screening.
All volunteers pay (non-refundable) $5 processing fee which is good for the entire season. This fee covers all background processing.

This persons main responsibility will include meeting with board concerning games and events that require any type of field maintenance and helping to draft a team of volunteers to keep up with maintenance as need.

Maintenance includes some heavy lifting up to 70lbs, raking, bending, dragging up to 50lbs, filling holes, chalking/spraying lines, boxes, and circles, and other small tasks involved.

All help will be a huge contribution so our kids can play clean, fun, and safe games in our community.

We are still looking for vendors. If interested please send a message with company information. VENDOR FEE REQUIRED. All proceeds will help pay for umpire fees for youth games. All vendors must be Babe Ruth approved by background check because of working with youth in our community.

The format for the tournament will be a 3 game guarantee-double elimination. There will be a lower bracket for teams who lose early, giving them a chance to advance. For example the following bracket:
