Please DM me your full name and preferred method of payment. Once payment is received an “ admit one” electronic ticket will be sent to you and must be shown the day of event.

Things provided the day of:

• resistance band/yoga ball
• beverages
• light snacks/bites
• picnic area to lounge before & after event.
