Fort Lauderdale Fringe Festival

Fort Lauderdale Fringe Festival Broward College brings Fringe Festival back to South Florida for the third year in a row. The 3 day event is set to be held on Friday April 21st to 23rd.

The weekend of 4/21-23, Broward College will be presenting the 2017 Fort Lauderdale Fringe Festival! Performances start on Friday afternoon but the event hits high gear on Saturday, at about noon. A street fair, street artists, performers, activities for children and food trucks! If you have never been to a Fringe Festival, you are in for a treat! Fringes are a “performing arts smorgasbord” (theat

er, dance, puppetry, spoken word, etc.) and they take place worldwide. They are open to the public and ticket revenues are returned to the performers. Fringe Central will be on BC property near Las Olas and 1st, but our venues are along the Riverwalk and Himarshee. Join Us!

WEATHER UPDATE: Due to the expected inclement weather Twilight Jazz and One Human Race will be cancelled today at the Fringe Festival. For What its Worth will go on as scheduled and The Gift will be moved up to 4:45 pm. If there are further developments we will post them here. DB
