Real talk: I’ve been to hundreds of yoga classes over the years running The Yoga Expo, and this bingo card?

After 15 years in corporate IT, my wellness journey began with a search for alignment.

That search led me to martial arts under Master San Koo Kang, , where I learned discipline, resilience, and the deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.

From there, I began restoring my own health, became a certified nutritional and fitness coach, founded MindBody Expo, and eventually stepped into ownership of .

But for me, this work was never just about events, never only a business strategy.

It was always about community service.

Then came Holistic Wander.

Born from real life.

A few years ago, I hit a wall of silent burnout.

I was building businesses, coaching clients, caring for my son after a major accident, and navigating the heartbreaking reality of my parents’ dementia.

That season changed me.

It showed me that modern wellness, while beautiful, is often incomplete.

It can offer a temporary escape, but not always the tools, support, and community people need to return to real life feeling regulated, resourced, and less alone.

Inspired by my father’s legacy of quiet strength, resilience, and deep care for others, I created Holistic Wander as something more honest.

A place for real nervous system regulation.
A place for movement, sound, nourishment, and meaningful connection.
A place to soften, restore, and belong.

Our first residency begins in Calabasas, CA.
