The first World Happiness Agora Colorado took place yesterday and I was honored and blessed to be the host. I had a great team of like-minded individuals helping to make this an informative and loving experience. We started the morning off with meditation and reiki. We followed with talks on self-love, brain happiness, mental health awareness, work-life balance, gut happiness, and forming positive habits. I can't wait for year 2! As you all I know, I am a huge proponent of happiness: finding your happiness and practicing it every chance you can. What better day to start focusing on you and your birthright to live happier? I'm supporting this week of happiness by not only being in tune with what's happening at the World Happiness Fest in Mexico but...hosting a World Happiness Agora here in Fort Collins, Colorado, the 4th happiest city in America! How are you going to begin putting your happiness first? Remember, in order to be your best self to others, you must first be your best self to you. 😆 ❤️
