The Fort Atkinson Polar Path is gearing up to make MAGIC for 2026!
We’re already getting ready to bring back the lights, holiday spirit, and unforgettable winter magic to Fort Atkinson this year!
To make the 2026 Polar Path the best one yet, we need the help of our amazing community. Some of our supplies need to be replaced, refreshed, and renewed and that takes donations and support from people who believe in what this event brings to our community.
Whether you can donate, sponsor, lend a helping hand, or simply share this post, every bit of support makes a difference.
Our first $10,000 in donations, will be matched by the Fort Atkinson Community Foundation.

We're very excited to share even more Fort Polar Path news!

Last week, we announced our foundation board's approval of a $10,000 matching grant to support the Polar Path project this year (new light displays, replacements of bulbs in current light displays, other maintenance, etc.).

And today, we're thrilled to share that there is now a Polar Path Non-Endowed Designated Fund held in our portfolio, making it even easier for community members who want to support this fun, engaging, seasonal light display.

Thank you to the Fort Atkinson Beautification Council for this new partnership and for all the time and energy their volunteers invest in this annual project.

In more community grant updates, we are so excited to share that our foundation is providing a matching grant, up to $10,000, to support the Fort Polar Path!

The grant will be paid to the Fort Atkinson Beautification Council, whose volunteers coordinate the details of this wonderful community display, and will be paid from our Bertha & Marilyn Kuhl Field of Interest Fund. Their Polar Path committee will be sharing full details soon about how to support this year's efforts, and we sure hope we are able to pay out that full match!

"The Polar Path holiday lights display has been a staple of the holiday season here in Fort Atkinson for 6 years now. It is something that the citizens of Fort Atkinson look forward to every year. For many families, a walk down the Polar Path has become a tradition of the holiday season. This tradition is only possible because of the support of our wonderful sponsors!"
