Hi again, friends!!

After a wonderful 2025 ride, we are back to the drawing board and considering better ways to get information to riders, crew, and most importantly, volunteers.

We changed the entry and exit this year, and while it was wildly successful, it was a confusing change to some folks. There are also some little Foresthill specific rules we’d like to address - mostly around ice, water, Bath Road, cars, etc

In early 2026, we will be holding a couple of informational zoom meetings for riders, crew, and volunteers. It will be a short informational session followed by a Q&A opportunity.

The owner was found timely and has made arrangements to move the truck around the corner. It was an absolute accident and in no way someone trying to be a jerk. Thanks for everyone’s concern in trying to help brainstorm ideas to identify the owner.

Hi friends!!

Does anyone recognize this truck? It’s parked in virtually the middle of the trailer lane and won’t allow enough room to get by on Saturday when trailers come down from the start.

We explicitly state that nobody is allowed to park in the lanes when the gates opened this morning and it appears that someone snuck in under the radar. It makes it harder for everyone when people don’t follow the rules.

If this is your lovely red truck, you have until 3pm tomorrow (Friday) to come back and get it moved or at the very least contact us to discuss. Please check in with ride management if you need help finding an alternative spot.

Here’s another little snip driving down the new (non-trailer) entrance.

Volunteers have exclusive parking on the left.

Trailers coming in Saturday morning WILL still use the original entrance, everyone else will use this road. Again, everyone, including trailers will exit using this road as well.

🚨🚨🚨URGENT - PLEASE SHARE🚨🚨🚨

Foresthill entry is changing location!

We are using the first fire access road (yellow dot on the map below) as you are coming down Foresthill road. This is BEFORE the original turn in due to access issues. There will be volunteers and signage to help direct you.

Cars/small vehicles/trucks not hauling a trailer will enter AND exit through this new road.

TRAILERS *ONLY* WILL USE THE ORIGINAL ENTRANCE (red dot on the map below) ON THE WAY IN, BUT WILL FOLLOW THE NEW ENTRANCE/EXIT ON THE WAY OUT.

ALL vehicles will leave out of the new access road. There will be even more volunteers and signage here as well.
