Kent Reeder joins our lineup ready to share his musical gifts and talents.

Kent has been playing music for over 25 years, but has only just started masquerading as some sort of artist, which is maybe too bad because art is about generosity and connection. His songs are sometimes for singing along, and sometimes for listening to, but they're always trying to explore the counterintuitive truths of God's unconditional love for an unworthy world.

It would be great if listening to his songs gets that kind of love stuck in your head, and even better if you come away with a new way to talk about that love with a friend.

Head over to the Bread for Beggars Festival page and snag your tickets - don't forget to take advantage of the early bird registration discount available until March 31st!

Gifted storyteller Luke Italiano will be joining us at the this June.

Luke serves as a pastor in Florence, Kentucky, where he lives with his wife and an insanity of children. ("A group of children is called an insanity. Trust me.") He also revels in ready geeky books, including copious amounts of comics, and writing geeky things.

Luke loves stories. He loves movies that tell compelling stories, novels that speak engaging stories, and he loves the Greatest Story, the Story that is true, that tells of the God that loved a sinner like him.

We can't wait to share Luke's incredible gift of storytelling with you at the Bread for Beggars Festival happening June 11-13th. If you haven't registered yet, make sure you take advantage of the early bird registration available through March 31st!

Bread for Beggars Festival 2020

Are you hungry for some soul food? Are you, like Luther, and every believer before and after him, a beggar in need of God's daily bread?

We are too.

Learn what it means that you are a spiritual beggar and why that is very good news. We, your fellow beggars, have been blessed with bread from the storehouse of our Heavenly King, and we can't wait to share it.

Join WELS artists, musicians, and storytellers from all across the country as they share their gifts and talents at the premier Bread for Beggars Festival. During the three-day festival, you will be strengthened and renewed by God's glory, shared through sights, songs, and stories.
