The Crooked Mountain Adventure Rally will return to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia in 2027!
29 April – 2 May 2027

No straight roads.
No big-city traffic.

Just good people, mountain roads, campfires, backroads, gravel, curves, stories, and a few days spent exploring some of the best riding in Southwest Virginia.

We’re already working on next year’s rally and have some new ideas, new routes, and new experiences in the works.

Expect:

🗺️ Guided and self-guided rides
🛠️ Rider training & demos
🔥 Campfires & community
🎶 Music, food, vendors, and more
⛰️ Endless Blue Ridge roads and mountain views

HUGE thank you to Ben at for putting this list together. Can’t tell you how many times we’ve been out riding till the sun started going down looking for a place to camp. We’re honored to make the list! It’s hard enough to get your name out there as a small business and we’ve been having a hard time trying advertise on the Blue Ridge Parkway to let riders know we’re here. If you are looking for some great quality motocamping gear and accessories, we highly recommend checking out the MOTOCAMPNERD website or stop by their store!

Great riding today with the NRV Adventure Riders & Events crew. Starting at , we did the first part of the “Dirty Parkway” route and then grabbed some lunch at Bootleg BBQ. Thanks for riding today.
