Here are the winning cooks from the Smoke & Whiskey Fest.

Like last year, we crowned a first-time Grand Champion, Lance Sparkman, Sparkman BBQ, who was also cooking his first Smoke & Whiskey Fest. RGC went to Terry Blount, a second-time S&WF cook.

A huge shout out to BBQ Health Camp, Smoke Patrol, Smokin 77's and Abs of Squeal for breaking the 100 coin count in the People's Choice competition.

Congratulations to all who walked. Mark your calendar for next year, October 30-31, 2026.

I'm scheduling a meeting with Troy Duncan to address the weather issues for next year. Stay tuned.

On Saturday, October 25th, the Whiskey Corral at the Smoke & Whiskey fest will have 12 Texas distilleries pouring tastes of whiskeys.

We won’t have this t-shirt on sale at the event, but we do appreciate the sentiment.
