Both are local legends !!
Cameron Grow is president of the Lower Umpqua Gem and Lapidary Society, in Reedsport. Many of you may know him from his Rock Shop in Florence he once operated. Both he and Dee are lifelong rockhounds with encyclopedia levels of knowledge, and wisdom from experience. Their passion appears to be petrified wood, but they also carry finished cabs and jewelry items. If you have questions about the local area, these would be the folks to ask.

Back again are artists Lori and Raymond with their incredible wire wrapped stones. Each piece is truly Devine. They will do custom work if you supply the stone or object to be wrapped.

Jack Hoque

An exciting artist participating to this years show is the well known, hard working, Jack Hoque.
Jacks primary medium is gemstone carving using a technique called reverse intaglio. His masterpieces are displayed in many museums. His depictions include fantasy scenes including; dragons, sea monsters, griffins, phoenixes, Bigfoot, and much much more. You can view his work on instagram , or by searching his name. Chris Goin
New to this years show is Chris Goin. Chis will have crystals, jewelry, and most notably Dowsing supplies. An expert Dowser herself she will add this new area of expertise to the show. Stop by and talk Dowsing. Chis also designed this year’s poster, with photos from my library. Many thanks.

J & M Rocks and Gems
Janent and Mike are the absolute anchor vendors of this show. They bring most variety of faceted stones, wrapped stones ( and supplies) of anyone that will be there. Mike is the president of the Grants Pass rock club, and has extensive experience organizing shows, as well as participating.. he has given me helpful advice for this event. Again, lots of fantastic material including many faceted stones and cabs and many great choices for those getting into wrapping. Both he and Janet are a great source of rockhound knowledge .

We are pleased to welcome Mike Shaw
Mike is a longtime rockhound, and has extensive inventory from through the western U.S. in raw and slab form. He will also have lapidary equipment for sale. Some of the material for sale will include, Montana agate, Holly Blue agate, cobolite, and Josephine”s Crown. Mike was formally president of the Spokane club, and really knows his minerals. If you are looking for some special treasures to slab, or like slabbed stones, you don’t want to miss Mikes booth.

Matt has a wide selection of stones, as well as jewelry that he has crafted himself. If you know Matt from Dragon Rocks, make sure to say hello.
